Centering in Silence II

  • Aslan Institute 4141 Old Sibley Memorial Highway Eagan, MN, 55122 United States (map)

Dancing with our Longest Shadows

  • Awaken to Love at the heart of everything
  • Learn how to dance with the less pleasant—more difficult emotions like fear, shame, and grief

In this intensive we’ll work with ancient practices for slowing the breath and thought waves, and moving into the subtle realms where we begin to discern the Source.

We’ll dive into the less pleasant—more difficult emotions like fear, shame, and grief. “It isn’t enough to pay lip service to the beautiful idea that in our essence we are God living as a human being, To actually realize that, to be it, demands that we step forward audaciously into our largeness and love, and that we be willing to look into and surrender our own darkness, our shadowy motives, our built-in contraction, and our tendency to identify with the false self.”  *Quote from Sally Kempton, Awakening Shakti, p,126

It is my hope that these practices, along with a daily centering in silence, will offer you a path for awakening, liberation and evolving consciousness.
