Each Friday a guided meditation will be presented through the lens of a Wisdom Practice. Wisdom Practices are ancient teachings shared by all major world religions and indigenous cultures including—but not limited to—gratitude, compassion, and inquiry.

Meditation is, itself, a timeless Wisdom Practice for answering life’s core questions. My intention is threefold: to demystify the art and practice of meditation; to share the practical process for calming your mind so that you may experience the quiet already present within you; and to provide basic tools that support you in maintaining a daily meditation practice.

It is my hope that these Wisdom Practices, along with a daily meditation practice, will offer you a new way of relating that brings you closer to spirit and a relaxed, centered awareness in each moment.
